Three pillars. Ten books.

Mindset first, then the body, then the craft. Each book opens under the lights with Harry and Lachie, teaches one thing properly, and ends with a letter from home.

The ten books

  1. 01

    Mindset and Identity

    Origins

Who they are before anyone is watching. Identity, the reset, and why effort is a choice.

  2. 02

    Physical Foundations

    Physical Standards

What a junior footballer's body needs at each age. Testing without judgement.

  3. 03

    Physical Foundations

    Speed Blueprint

The first three steps, taught properly. Short, fresh, high-quality speed work.

  4. 04

    Physical Foundations

    Strength Manual

Safe strength for growing bodies. Landing first, no maximal lifts.

  5. 05

    Craft and Game IQ

    Craft and Skills

Kicking, handball, marking and ground balls, drilled until they're theirs.

  6. 06

    Craft and Game IQ

    Tactical IQ

Seeing the game: structures, space and the next contest.

  7. 07

    Craft and Game IQ

    The System Athlete

Playing a role inside a team, and what a good teammate does.

  8. 08

    Mindset and Identity

    Mental Toughness

Self-talk, cue words and the reset routine, built for their archetype.

  9. 09

    Craft and Game IQ

    Game-Day Execution

The week, the warm-up, the quarter-time huddle and the drive home.

  10. 10

    Mindset and Identity

    Mindset of Champions

The long view: who they become, with or without football.

How a chapter works

  1. Scene

A moment on the ground, told like a novel, so the lesson has somewhere to live.

  2. Teaching

Numbered, practical and safe for their age. Landing before jumping. No maximal lifts.

  3. Calm and Fire

The same lesson said twice: once for the calm reader, once for the fiery one.

  4. Letter

From the boundary. In the Personal Edition, from you.

Some things are never personalised.

The safety rules are written once, for every athlete, and never softened.

  • Training loads, landing progressions and the no-maximal-lifts rule for juniors
  • Anything about health, injury, diagnosis, weight or body fat. We never ask, and it never goes in a book.
  • School names, surnames or home addresses
  • AFL or club names and crests without written permission

Which athlete is yours?

Eight questions. Two minutes. A likely archetype and three cue words.
